Along with your exclusive membership access link, you will receive a copy of your coaching contract for your records. Please review the contract for policies and procedures, including confidentiality, rescheduling meetings, and refunds.
Visit the link and save membership website to your "favorites" for easy access. The hub will be your "home base" for the Breezy Coaching program. You can also login to the membership hub from the "Coaching Programs" page of our website.
Once you submit your payment, you have 2 options for scheduling your private sessions. Click HERE or use the link provided in your welcome email with access to the Membership hub (received within 4 hours from payment).
The membership hub hosts a variety of resources, including e-books and videos to help motivate and guide you. The hub also outlines upcoming training opportunities and group sessions where you can connect with your Coach.
Please allow up to 4 business hours to receive your welcome email from our team. During this time, you may be able to access the portal from the "Create Account" link in step 2.
Yes, you can reschedule any session online within 24 hours. Please contact us if you are unable to keep your meeting time or unable to reschedule online. Please note: rescheduling will be based on availability if we do not receive notice 24 hours prior to the meeting time. Meetings can only be rescheduled one time.
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Simply, visit the link in your email receipt to cancel your charges. You must cancel before your renewal date in order to stop any additional charges.
Refunds will only be issued in the form of a store credit and is only available if cancellation is received before the first session for the month. Store credit will be issued for the total monthly amount. Store credit can be applied to any Be Wise Forever services for up to 1 year from the cancellation date.
Store credit is available within 24 hours of any cancellation before the first session for the month. Store credit will be issued via email.
